Antonette joined the JSY Legal team at the start of 2026 as a Legal Assistant to better support our lawyers in delivering timely and quality service to clients.

Antonette brings a unique blend of international legal expertise and deep regulatory knowledge to the team at JSY Legal.  As an overseas qualified lawyer with over nine years of legal experience, Antonette's background in navigating complex regulatory frameworks and ensuring procedural compliance translates directly to the high-stakes environment of criminal law, where precision and thorough preparation are paramount.

Her practice has focused extensively on corporate governance, corporate affairs, and regulatory compliance.  Throughout her career, she has advised organizations on navigating intricate corporate issues, with a particular emphasis on helping clients adapt to and meet evolving regulatory landscapes.

Antonette earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines, in 2014 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2016.   She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, majoring in International Relations, from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.

Passionate about the law and its development, Antonette remains active in legal education as a part-time Faculty Lecturer at a leading law school in the Philippines, where she teaches commercial law subjects.  She is currently in the process of converting her qualifications for admission as a lawyer in Western Australia.
