Hanming Jiang | Legal Practitioner Director

In 2014, Hanming graduated from the University of Western Australia and, after completing his practical legal training, he was admitted to the practice in 2016.

Since then, Hanming has practiced broadly in civil, criminal, and family law, gaining an appreciation of the different approaches required in each jurisdiction.  During the course of his practice, Hanming has undertaken trials in the Magistrates, District, and Supreme Courts.  He also appears in the Family Court in financial and property matters.

As an experienced litigator, Hanming understands that being involved in legal proceedings can be stressful and daunting.  He has helped many clients navigate the Court process to obtain the best possible result in an efficient and cost-effective manner. 

Hanming believes that by carefully listening to his clients and engaging with his opponents, he is better able to find solutions to clients’ matters.

After completing his law degree, Hanming attended TongJi University in Shanghai where he completed the HSK Chinese Proficiency Test Level 4.  He is conversant in Mandarin.

Hanming understands the prohibitive cost associated with legal proceedings is often a barrier for access to justice and accepts Legal Aid briefs for matters where he is a panel member.
